About the room

Hi, I’m Lisa and starting on August 1st 2021, I have a spare private 1-bedroom with 15ft ceilings in my loft in an all amenity building available. The building includes a gym, outdoor pool, grills, yoga classes, community room, laundry room and concierge. Package receiving services are available through the Concierge and electronic Luxor Box. Parking is available in the attached garage at an additional monthly fee. Located in downtown New Rochelle within quick and convenient 2 minute walking distance to Metro North (New Haven Line). Close by as well are eateries, grocery stores, CVS, the IMAX theater, library and more.

Looking for a neat/tidy working professional (weekly or monthly) or mature student to rent the my extra bedroom.
The Bedroom includes a queen bed, desk, chair & cubby. My bedroom space is on the upstairs level of the loft.

Shared space includes a shared bathroom, kitchen w/ D/W, dining area, and living room. Also, there is a W/D in the apartment.

-Rent includes most utilities, WiFi (Verizon Fios Gig Speed) , Hulu Live, Netflix, Prime & access to the Gym, Pool (Summer months) & amenities. -No smoking & no pets. (Small dog is possibly negotiable - Pet Fee) -Rent is $1300/month -Refundable Security Deposit is $1300 (minus previous month’s utilities). -Background Check - $30 (Required by the Building to get extra set of key & key fob). -Potential Extra Fees of Max $50-$100/month depending on combined utilities usage of AC / Heater, Gas and Water. -Parking is available and is additional ($135-$160/mo). Covered/Uncovered Garage. Cheaper option available with New Roc City Permit. -Move in date 8/1 with a 6 month minimum and/or through next February/March 2022. Ideally No Winter move outs. (Oct to Feb) -30 days notice from the end of the month. -Will consider longer terms. -Must show income verification.

About the roomies

I am a working professional during the week & sometimes work long hours. I’m pretty low key & sociable when my schedule allows. I enjoy a glass of wine, friendly chat, movies, hiking & exploring new places. I have a friendly little 6 year old short-haired domestic indoor kitty 🐈‍⬛who mostly keeps to himself, but would like a roomie who is cat friendly and not allergic. Lastly, I am vaccinated and expect the roomie to be as well.
