Unfurnished master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Rocklin, CA. The roommate moving out owns everything in the living room, so that will be unfurnished for the first few months. The bedroom has doors out to the backyard, a full bathroom along with a full vanity and extra sink outside the bathroom door. The house is a bit old and energy bills get really high, so we keep the heater pretty low in the winter to cut back on costs. You’ll have decent cupboard space in the kitchen and a shelf and drawer in the fridge. The neighborhood is family oriented and very quiet and safe, though a lot of our neighbors REALLY celebrate the 4th of July lol. The freeway is 10 min away. 5 min from the Galleria.

Two 30-year-old females currently rent the house, looking to replace the one moving out. I’m a self employed child care provider, and my roommate is a student at UC Davis who does occasional study abroad. We’re friendly when we see you, we’re always good for a chat, but we enjoy our private time for the most part. We’re quiet, but enjoy having friends over occasionally.
