Over 400 sq ft of living space. You even get to name your price! $1350 (Minimum 6 months lease required) or $1450 (Month to month lease). Both options will have you moving into a fully furnished area. All utilities are included, including WiFi and High-Speed Internet. This studio has a separate bedroom, dining area, kitchenette, overhead storage, and large walk-in shower. The space includes a portable a/c and heating unit (10K BTUs), so comfort is also included! A small housebroken pet is welcomed with a pet deposit. ($500). There is a huge fenced-in backyard for your pet to roam around and get plenty of daily exercise and fresh air.

We are located within 3 minutes walking distance of Palomar College and a 7-minute drive from CSUSM and St. Augustine. This space is designed for single occupancy only (male or female) and will not be rented to couples. Overnight guests are not allowed to share the space although your guests and visitors are welcome to visit as long as they vacate the premises by 9 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. Any violation of this is cause for termination of your rental agreement and you will be given your 30-day notice. If an extended stay is necessary, there are plenty of hotels/motels in the local area that can accommodate their stay. Take this into consideration before inquiring about this space.

You will have total privacy which includes your own private entrance and a reserved parking space in the driveway. However, if your car leaks oil or other fluids, you will not be allowed to park in the driveway and will have to park on the street. Your bedroom is separate from the kitchen area and has a door for added privacy if you are entertaining and want to keep your bedroom off-limits to your guests. There is a comfy chair that is included with the space that converts into a pull-out twin bed for the kiddoes if you have them on an occasional weekend. It is perfect for those sharing custody of their children but who don’t have them on a full-time basis, since the space is designed for single occupancy. Although you will have your own private space that you can call your own, you will also have access to the main house, which has a full-sized kitchen, dining room, and common living room area. You will also have access to laundry facilities which are located in the garage for easy access. Since the space is currently occupied, I won’t be able to show it until the last week of October. However, you can text or call to make an appointment to view the common areas, or inquire about the space, or be put on an interest or waiting list. A background check must be completed in order to move in and the first one to pass the background check and leave a security deposit will be given the space and this ad will be removed and no further inquiries will be acknowledged.
