South Grandview Avenue

Nice condo less then a mile from ASU right off of Mill Avenue. Great location for a student. The bedroom is 110 sq feet and has a fairly large closet at 21 sq feet. Utilities are split and would be an average of $100 to $150 a month. There is a pool in the complex. The bathroom is right next to bed room and hardly ever used by anyone else. Room is not furnished but I have a Full sized bed available if needed. Condo has back patio, kitchen, dining room and living room as well as washer and dryer. There is additional closet space if needed.

I am laid back, open minded and can get along with anyone. I work from home during the day on weekdays. I’m a musician who has put his wild days behind him and am pretty domesticated now. On the weekends I have 2 amazing well behaved kids come over. I would prefer a non-smoker and someone who is vaccinated. I don’t have any pets but might be open to certain pets.
