Diamond's room

The property is a short distance from Dulles airport and I-66. This room is the master bedroom of the apartment which will contain a large spacious walk in closet with a private bathroom including a large tub. Also a ceiling fan with wall to wall carpet. The kitchen is shared with abundant cabinet space as well as a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are in unit with a good amount of storage space. Utilities typically run 80-90 dollars. Background and credit check required by complex $50 application fee.

I work full time and go to school part time. I enjoy quiet time but sometimes invite friends over for small gatherings. I am very respectful of space and privacy and looking for someone who can provide the same in return.
