Your room is located downstairs with it’s own private wing (ensuite), has large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and light, large bathroom with two sinks, shower and bath combo and laundry. Rooms are Carpeted. The room can come furnished or not. The rent includes utilities, which are electric, high speed internet, and water. Parking on street across from house, there is some garage space for storage. will consider 6 month lease, 12 month preferred

I am a Nurse who has lived in this area for over 30 years, I am in my late 30’s, and have two young children (they live here half time). I would love to find another single mother who has a kid to share the space with me and my children. (do some trading on babysitting would be cool but not a requirement by any means). I am a fairly clean person and keep up with my space rather well. House is chill, don’t mind company here and there but for the most part do most of my socializing out and about. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, working out, getting up with friends and family, hiking, parks, ect… I am 420 friendly, however don’t partake myself. I’m very easy going, drama free, mother of two :-) who is looking for someone similar.
