Looking for a roommate for the empty room in my two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in the Highlands (near the intersection of Baxter / Payne). The apartment is on the second floor of a charming early 1900s building. New, nice washer/dryer in-unit. The place was very recently remodeled, and it looks great. The kitchen is huge with an insane amount of cabinet space - you’d get half the cabinets to yourself, they’re currently empty. Dishwasher, microwave, oven / gas stove with a cool skillet cooker thing, and a big fridge with an ice maker that works. The pictures should give a good idea of the place - if you have any more questions, just ask.

The available room is roughly 12x10, with a HUGE closet. The small piles of stuff in the pictures will be gone by move-in time, except for the router/modem. Those, unfortunately, have to stay in your room, but at least you’ll have really fast internet in there!

I’m a 26 year old male law clerk (9-5 job), just graduated from law school in May. I’m bisexual and open to roommates of any gender and orientation. I’m an outgoing person who likes to socialize and stay active. I’m new to Louisville, and would love to meet more people and make some new friends. I’ve lived in lots of apartment / house share situations, and I’ve had many roommates. The experiences have all been positive - many of my previous roommates are now some of my closest friends. I’m easygoing, helpful, and (I think) pleasant to be around, and that’s the type of roommate I’m looking for.
