Your room: your room will be furnished with a full size bed with frame, night stand, couch, desk/chair and a large closet. Laundry room with washer and dryer available in home home for use. Kitchen has all cooking necessities provided.

You would share a bathroom with a male.

This is a 3 BR home with two baths, laundry room, beautiful kitchen, all tile floors throughout the home, and newly painted. Ring security system installed that is centrally monitored. External security cameras monitor the exterior of the home.

Common area has a large sectional sofa, dining table, and tv. Hulu and Netflix included.

All utilities are included along with 200 mbps internet provided by Comcast. Cleaning service will be through to clean the common areas monthly. Lawn service and pest control provided as well.

If you have a green thumb we can set you up a space to garden in the large backyard! I look forward to meeting you!

Pets are considered on a case by case basis and would require an additional deposit.

I am in the military and work on Fort Gordon. I manage this property and screen all tenants, I live 10 min away and can be over in a flash if you need something. House rules are strictly enforced and are designed to make sure all roomies have a comfortable living experience.

I am looking for a clean, professional, and courteous roommate that cleans whatever they use in common areas right after they use it. The bathroom you will be using is shared with one other roommate. Fellow military welcome!
