Vanessa's room

This house is amazing. It is actually located in College Park and not Riverdale. The home is about 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown. The location is close to the interstate, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. This home is very spacious. Quiet neighborhood that consist of 3 police officers that live in walking distance of the house. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Included in rent is trash pick up, internet, basic cable and security alarm system. Room mate will pay 1/3 of electricity, water, gas and sewage. Street parking (driveway and garage parking is only for myself and my daughter). If you would like to use the washer and dryer, there will be an extra $30 a month charge. A second refrigerator will be put in the garage for roommates use.

I am a 44 year old mother of a 20 year old daughter. We are a small family that love it when family and friends comes to visit. We have rules in the home so that we can live in tranquility. We ask that anyone staying at the house follows the rules so that life would be easier for all of us. We stay in our rooms most of the time, but we will enjoy the living room if we have guest over.
