Ideally looking for female college undergrad student. Condo is like new, and you have your own bedroom, and your own bathroom with shower. All new appliances (including full size washer/dryer), flooring, A/C unit, new paint inside & outside. The room can be empty, or we can provide a queen bed with dresser for you. The rest of the condo is furnished nicely (see pics). $750 rent per month total (no HOA fees & all utilities paid including 80GB WIFI service). You have parking right outside of the condo for one vehicle. Condo is on the bus route, bike route, and is a seven minute walk down Prospect to the CSU football stadium. You are just West of the corner of Prospect & Shields (awesome location!).
