Hello! I’m looking to sublease my apartment for the remaining of the lease (8months) with the option to renew the lease at the end of the term. I live at Parq at Iliff Station in Aurora. Rent is 1,000/mo which includes parking and community amenities (gym, pool, grilling areas, dog park, etc.), and utilities (water and electricity) My apartment is right next to the Cherry Creek Revisor, I- 225, and public transportation. The apartments are also walking distance to multiple restaurants.
About the roomies
I have a roommate (you will have your own bathroom) that’s an Accountant that works from home (very reliable when it comes to paying rent). I’ve can send you the floor plan and a video for the BEAUTIFUL apartment if you’re interested.
