No smoking inside allowed. No pets neither.

Water, AC/DC included. Gas,electricity, and internet bills would be shared ( paid separately). I get a nice discount on the SCE bill.

I would prefer someone who studies or work during the day.

Minimum cooking. Laundry room outside the apartment.

I am the only one who lives in the apartment. I have the typical office hours 8am - 5pm. I’m a very drama free person, and I would love to find someone who also likes peace. By that I mean, I look for someone respectful, and not crazy noisy. That s it :)!

Contract is month to month. But I would prefer to have someone who can commit to at least half a year.
