I’m looking for a new roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Hollywood.
Move in date is February 1st!
It’s a beautiful apartment complex with gym, pool, working space and more. Washer and dryer are in the unit.
The rent is 1600$ plus utilities (around 50$). I’ve lived here since October and I absolutely love it.
You would have one bedroom attached to your own bathroom and a huge walk in closet.
You should have a good credit score and proof of income since you would also be on the lease.
About the roomies
I’m a DJ and work mostly at nights so I sleep pretty long during the day and I also travel a lot. I like to keep the shared areas clean and be respectful to one another.
