Very quiet neighborhood, nice friendly neighbors. 2 story home. Big shared space if den, living room and kitchen. Full use of kitchen and laundry room. Ample parking on street. Big back yard with a patio and bbq area. Backyard overlooking the golf course. 5 min bike ride to the beach bike trails. 5 min car drive to san Clemente pier. If you like to walk or bike ride, 5-10 min bike ride to the shops and grocery stores. Home goods, tj max, sprouts, fuel shack, sees candies, stator bro, Ralph’s and trader Joe’s. Close to the 5 fwy.

We take pride in our home and keep it always clean. Owner is a professional working full time. I work part time. No other tenants except landlord couple. We are very clean, respectful and friendly, no drama. We don’t mind if you have a little get together but no sleep overs and absolutely no pets of any kind. Absolutely No smoking inside the home. No working from home. Please no mean people 😁
