Joe's room

Hey everyone, Thanks for checking out the room. The place is a nice combination of quiet neighborhood mixed with being close to a lot. Its easy walking distance to Power Trail (hiking trail), King Soopers, Fort Collins Police Services, Edora Park, Poudre Valley Hospital, and a short drive to CSU, Old Town, and more. The room is on the upstairs floor, overlooks the backyard, is large with a good sized closet and since there only one other person in the other upstairs room you basically only have to share a bathroom with one person. Pets are negotiable depending on a few things. There is more but it’s better when you see the place in person.

Note: There are two lease terms to choose from: 6 Month Lease at $700/month Month-to-Month Lease at $750/month (requires 60 day advanced written notice to leave) The Security Deposit is equal to one months rent.

There are currently two tenants living in the house, two males. One tenant has a downstairs room and one has an upstairs room. Both tenants work full time. They are clean, quiet and good communicators. I also occasionally stay in the master bedroom when I’m in town.
