Liesl's room

Private room on second floor. Two bedrooms on second floor, use of both for the renter. Quite neighborhood, close to train station if needing to commute and close to community colleges. WiFi access throughout house and working on building my own gym in the basement. Renter will have access to own private full bathroom. Non smoking residence, but open to pet friendly renters and their beloved animals as well.

Laid back female with 2 dogs. House has fenced in back yard and dog door. Early 30’s, Emergency Room Nurse. I do not often have people over, on warm days will not even be home the majority of the day. I am looking for a long term renter, but will consider going month by month for ease of comfort based on needs.
