I just bought my new house and its new construction so you’re never going to have issues with any appliances or bugs or whatever you may have had issues with in an apartment. My house is a smart house (ring doorbell, security cameras, wifi garage door opener etc) with DirecTV set up. Rent is flat and includes all bills. Animals are welcome as long as they get along with other dogs and are house trained. The room comes unfurnished- if you are signing a lease of 12 months or looking for longer and have no furniture and are not planning on purchasing any, I am open to a conversation around me providing furniture for your room. Otherwise just ask :)

The community comes equipped with two pools, tennis and basketball courts, a few lakes, dog park, play grounds, and lots of land to roam.

Furnished or Unfurnished- I have both options available as of right now.
