Ashley's room

The boyfriend & I are renting out a room in our home. We are renting out a furnished bedroom, circled in BLUE, & unfurnished room, circled in RED, with a shared community bathroom. Home is not pet- or kid-friendly. Smoking is outside. Washer & Dryer are in the house. Parking is on the street. Utilities included: Wifi Internet, Water, Electricity. The room is circled in RED. This is available in February. Must have a full-time job. Month to Month Side Note: We are also renting out these rooms separately for $650 for furnished and $600 for unfurnished. Due to the size of the home and parking, only one person per room or both rooms for a pair.

We are a fun loving couple and very open to fun. We enjoy watching movies and football.
