Olivia's room

This is a first floor bedroom in our 1950’s Cape Cod style home in the established Kingswood neighborhood. 2 miles down Jamestown Road from Downtown Colonial Williamsburg. Enjoy Your view overlooking a private wooded yard. This room is Bright, clean and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Comes fully furnished, feel free to bring your own furnishings if preferred. The guest bedroom has two brand new stackable twin beds and mattresses. They can be set up as a king or one as a sofa and one as a bed. You choose! They each have a 4“ foam mattress topper and two pillows; a luxury memory foam and a standard. Adjacent to the room is A shared full bathroom with tub/shower. The room is located down a short hall from dining, living, sunroom and kitchen area, on the main living level.
We are a busy family of four. Our two kiddos, ages 7 and 4 can be noisy at times. It’s happy noise and it’s quiet after 8 pm. We have busy schedule and are often coming and going. We are early risers in the morning, usually up by 7:00 am.
We have a sweet old black cat who lives in our home as well. He is very friendly and love meeting new people. We cannot accommodate pets however and smoking is prohibited.
