Sergio's room

Renting a room in a 2 story 4 bedroom house. The house is located in Chandler (Pecos Rd and McQueen Rd). The bathroom is going to be shared with another person (male) renting a separate room. There is also another half bathroom on the first floor. The room for rent is on the second floor, it has a queen bed(platform), a tv. Rent is $750 (includes utilities, and internet). We are very clean and organized and we are looking for a roommate that is clean and organized too.

There are currently 3 people living in the house: me, my wife, and another roommate(male). We all work different schedules but mostly all the work schedules fall between 8AM-10PM. We keep the common spaces clean after use and little to no noise during the week days, on fridays and saturdays some of us watch movies in the living room, and some other times we have friends over but is not recurrent.
