Hello, (Female Only Please) I’m not discriminating against Men but I have small children here and feel more comfortable with a women and you must show proof of incoming income Ex: Work, Unemployment, Disability Etc! With this lockdown going on we need to know that you can pay your rent. I live in a beautiful area in SW in a 3 level home with my 3 family members who are my Daughter age 35 & 2 Grands 8 & 2 yr olds So You are welcome to have a child come with you… You’ll have your own large pvt bathroom and utilities are included in the rent (Electric, Gas, water) Internet we can work that out with you for a small fee! Laundry facility is in the home & you are welcome to use it. We pick a day of the week to wash so that’ll be your day to wash with no one rushing you. You are welcome to bring a small refrigerator to keep in your room for your personals but can use ours if you need additional space. We’re a kind loving respectful family and we don’t do drugs nor smoke. The only smoking we do is hookah occasionally and we might have alcohol beverages at times. You are welcome to smoke cigarettes on backyard patio only! Otherwise outside of house. I’m very clean and love to cook which you are welcome cook …This is a month to month for as long as we work, with a 15 day move out notice and you can give your 15 day move out notice as well. We are looking for the same kind of person to share our home with that’s also kind, loyal & respectful. The room is large with a remote control ceiling fan & large balcony, it is unfurnished but I do have a very nice queen size air bed you can use if you need to. The floors are wood flooring and is located in front of house. We ask that you do not have company in and out of our home, we’re ok with you having a significant other or BFF come visit we just don’t feel comfortable with lots of ppl in our home. This is a very scary time to accept a roommate with the Covid19 going on so I’m very particular with whom will come to see the room. We do practice social distancing when we make our rounds to the store, we wear our mask & gloves so we’d prefer someone who does as well and who takes this virus very seriously!!! When we grocery shop we wipe items down with disinfectant before putting in fridge and dispose of the bags, we take off the clothes/shoes we wear to the store and put clothes in garage or a plastic bag until our wash day… So this is the type of person I’m accepting to move into my home. This might be to much for some and if that’s you then please do not apply. I’m trying to live a long healthy life and I hope you are to! Thank you!

Hello, there are 4 of us here We are kind, funny, love watching movies together which you are also welcome to join us. We love children and I have an in home daycare, I also own a men & women clothing boutique. We have 2 children in the home 2&8 yrs of age which are my Grandchildren. The other person is my 35yr old Daughter. The house is very large my Daughter and her kids are on 3rd level and I’m on 1st level so everyone has their own level. Only thing is the room for rent is on the 2nd level with the kitchen, living room, half bth & dining area, so here or there you might here us out there. Other than that we’re awesome!!!
