Kris's room

This room has a queen murphy bed, wall mounted murphy desk, wall mounted tv, end table, and lamp. It is in a house located near Consumnes River College and the transit line. I have a huge background that I’m in the process of cleaning up and landscaping. The utilities and wifi are included in the rent. The house has a security system, attached garage, and laundry. No smoking in the house at all.

I am a 28yr old trans guy. I live alone with my 2 cats. I’m former Navy. I love movies and music. I sometimes host small gatherings with my friends. Ideally the person who’d rent the room would want to hangout too and not just be someone helping with bills.
