This is a partially furnished basement apartment in a home. You would have a private apartment in my home with a private entrance. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with large closet in one bedroom and smaller closet in second bedroom. It is furnished with a sectional and chair in living room and dressers and a tv stand and a washer. Beds would need provided. The sectional cannot be moved out. It has a stand up shower. There is no bathtub. There is off street parking. There is a washer and drying racks. There is no dryer, but a washer and dryer in one machine can be plugged in and used but is not provided. A non smoker is required. All utilities are included in rent amount including high speed internet. No pets allowed. No exceptions. Instead of a lease it would be a roomate agreement due to owner of home needing to periodically but very infrequently access apartment for breaker box, water heater, and sub pump which operate whole house. The apartment is best suited for a single person who is working or attending college and who does not have pets or children.
