A 20 minute train ride into WTC. The NJ transit 30 bus stops on both ends of the block, which takes you to Newark and stops at NJ transit stop, only 15 minutes by bus. The 40 bus stop is about a 10 minute walk, which stops at the Harrison PATH. Shops, banks, churches, parks, laundromat, restaurants are ALL in a 1-2 block radio. Street parking that has flexible parking rules and regulations. Aside from the main avenue there is no hourly limits on parking and no meters for the most part; only street cleaning. Apartment is on the first floor in a 2 family house.

Living space is shared with a female PHD student. She is in the apartment for the most part due to working and studying remotely. I am a traveling female professional and owner of the home. I am only there once a month to visit family that lives nearby and stay in an additional bedroom in the apartment. Utilities, WiFi, A/C included.
