Maid comes once every two weeks on Tuesdays and will vacuum your room, clean your sheets, make your bed, clean the bathrooms etc. at no extra cost to you. Cochran St. and Tapo St. are the nearest major cross-streets. Plenty of street parking available on this quiet street.

5 bedroom 3 bath 2200+sq ft house is newly remodeled and the bedroom for rent has recently installed carpet, and dual pane windows.

100Mbps+ WiFi available but we do not have TV service. Washer/Dryer use is allowed and there is a extra fridge available for tenant use. Light kitchen use is allowed. Bathroom you would use is shared with one other tenant but has dual sinks and separate storage for your own bathroom supplies.

We have one medium sized dog and one small dog in the house but they are friendly.

No smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests, and no pets.

We are looking for an individual tenant please.

First and last months rent + $500 security deposit due on move in, first month will be prorated for move in day, background/credit check will be required prior to move-in.

Currently 4 people(2 guys 2 girl) in their mid 20s to early 30s living in the house, all work full-time and the house is generally quiet, we rarely have any guests over. I own the home and live in the master with my wife. This room is on the opposite end of the house.
