I have a beautiful 2 bedroom condo. I’m looking for a responsible, clean and quiet roommate. I have a huge master bedroom with huge private master bedroom available. Awesome quiet building and neighborhood located a few minutes off Route 59. No smoking, no couples and no pets please. There is a balcony and you can go out there or downstairs to smoke if you need to. Everything is new in my place. Granite counters etc. Plenty of storage in garage if needed. Parking in driveway and in outside lot as well. I’m asking 800 and that includes all utilities. Cable, wifi, water, electric, heat and gas etc. Laundry in the unit. First month rent required with a security deposit. Looking for someone that wants to stay at least 3 months if not more. Must have a job and be very clean! . Some pics are attached. Thanks!

Its just me. Love music, sports and easy to get along with. Animal lover even though I dont have pets. Very close to my family and a very clean and organized person. Enjoy BBQing on nice days. I enjoy peace and quiet and no drama. I’m open minded and like to try new and exciting things.
