Desk and office chair, 2 dressers, nightstand, oscillating fan, and tv in the room. Bathroom is across hallway. Backyard oasis with comfortable patio, solar lights, Lounge chairs, patio seating, Pool, Fire pit, 5 burner gas grill, that plugs in house. Full use of kitchen, laundry, patio, backyard. Close to freeway entrance. 6 miles from airport. 10 minutes to Strip. Cornerstone Park with a lake and Arroyo Grande Sports Complex are walkable from house. Lots of walking, hiking trails. Farmers market on weekend. Live in established, quiet neighborhood in Henderson. Very peaceful household. Not far from Green Valley Ranch and Sunset Casinos. Everything is close, mall, restaurants, library, schools. Hope this is your next adventure.

I’m retired and live upstairs. Bathroom is shared with a really neat older gentleman, whom you rarely see. I generally do house cleaning. Vacuum, mop etc. will do your room if you’d like. If you like to come home to a nice, clean space everyday, you can choose us. Must pick up after yourself. Room available is upstairs, bathroom across the hallway. Double sinks and separate cupboards for both. Shower, tub combo. Downstairs is occupied by a gentleman who works 8-4. Backyards is decorated with solar lights. Very relaxing in the evening. We share the space with one female cat.
