The room is in a 3 bedroom apartment in the center of the heights in Jersey City,NJ. It has 2 windows with great light, high ceilings, and only 1 roommate. The third room is converted to an office that is also open to you. The living space is very open and the kitchen is big. The whole place is furnished but the room is fully empty.

The community is really diverse and new places are popping up everyday. There are amazing restaurants very close as well. The advantages are the two bus stops that take you right to grand central. Also, it is walking distance to journal square and Hoboken terminal.

1 31 year old male artist lives in the property as well. He has been here 3 years and loves the location and property as a whole. Parking is available in the back lot for an extra fee. It is 150 dollars extra per month. He currently works Monday thru Friday for a studio in Jersey City. He is laidback and uses his free time for his personal work. The apartment is very homie and is a great rental for the location.
