This is a 2 bedroom apartment that isn’t furnished. The room for rent is spacious with a walkin closet. There is a unattached private bathroom that’s bigger than the current occupied bathroom as well. The property looks old but is newly renovated with new management. This price includes the wifi and cps bill. The cps bill does fluctuate depending on how much you touch the thermostat or how much you use electricity ( video games , sleeping with the tv on etc) please keep that in mind. It is a gated community with a gym , all year pool , on site laundry ( but I have them in the unit) & free parking which is never full and I get home late. There is a unattached storage unit on site Also.

The current roommate is a recent graduate who will be a teacher this fall. Lease 3 months for now but you can extend after September. Move in now with no deposit. Female preferred roommate. You must sign the lease.
