Evan's room

This room has been recently remodeled within the last year. New paint, new tile floors, new ceiling fan, and new electrical outlets. It has multiple shelves built into the closet for plenty of storage space. This room can come furnished, or unfurnished depending upon your needs. Furniture that can be included are bed, desk, dresser, TV, and nightstand. Price is negotiable based on needs. There is a laundry room on site with a washer and dryer, all included in the price. Electric, water, internet, parking, and Hulu are also included in the price. I have one other roommate who is fairly quiet and keeps to himself a lot. There is a full bathroom that you would have to share with my other roommate. You will get full use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch, and back patio. I am a 25 year old bartender searching for a company where I can utilize my finance degree. Tend to keep to myself. Usually up later hours, but fairly quiet. My other roommate is a 26 year old male, also tends to keep to himself and quiet. We both enjoy video games, hanging out, and cooking, nothing too crazy.
