Jordan's room

Tenant will rent one room and has access to all shared areas of home. Premises only as a residential dwelling. Pets are welcome as long as they can get along with current pets in home. Pets must be reasonably trained. No monthly pet fee however tenant will be responsible for all damages. House is fully furnished with the exception of the room to be rented.

My current roommate and I are both male and in the military. Preference for military and male tenants. Will consider non-military and females upon interview.
