Hello! We are a couple (male and female) living in a 3 bedroom townhouse located at Cypress Village in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The Great Park is walking distance from our house. We are looking to rent out our 1st floor room. We are looking for someone who is okay with no kitchen access or laundry on-site. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The 1st floor bedroom is the only room on the 1st floor so you will have privacy. We only go to the 1st floor to leave the house.

Rent price: $900 a month

Security Deposit: one month’s rent = $900

Utilities will be around $40 month. This includes water, electric, internet, gas.

Room: Large room located on the 1st floor with west facing windows with a view of the front of the house and street. There is a double-door reach-in closet. The room comes with a queen sized mattress, table and chair. We do not provide bed sheets or blankets. The room also has a microwave and mini fridge. You will also have access to the freezer in the garage. The room is hardwood floor. No pets or overnight guests please.

Parking: Plenty of street parking

HOA Amenities: Pool and park are walking distance
