The room is in the second floor of a beautiful, quiet, well equipment townhome which is located in Alhambra main road, 5 mins drive to the south Pasadena. You have your own parking space in the garage.

There are 3 private rooms inside the building.

There is a small cute cat lives in this townhome, she is gentle and quiet.

You can always use the kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer in this townhome. It’s a very safe, convenient , friendly neighborhood , within 5-10 mins walk you can reach to Supermarkets, pharmacies, all kinds of restaurants, cafes, bakery store, gym, banks, IMAX cinema, shopping mall, parks, hair salons, spas, clinics etc.

Rent $1300 include private parking/ internet/ water and power/gas Only renting the room, not living room （Kitchen and dinning room is shared. It’s unfurnished room, we can provide furniture with $1000 extra fee）
