We have a room for rent in a three bedroom house near Murietta and Olivina. Rent is $750/mo., first and last due at signing. Credit check based on your references, if credit check necessary $25 fee will apply. We are 420 friendly…seeking college student or other 20 - early 30-something, preferably female but we’re open to discussion. House is in quiet cul-de-sac, full house privileges, washer/dryer on premises, shared bathroom, split utilities evenly…must love dogs, huge back yard for bbq’s, gardening, etc. Room is available now, there are also two other rooms for rent in house, including MBR but master won’t be available for at least a month. Other larger room is $950/mo and can be shared with couple or…? Both rooms are partially furnished, if needed, including beds. MBR will come with bed as well. We’re a mix of mom and daughter, three large dogs, and four cats. Mom is a working professional, daughter is in food service and a college student. I think we’re pretty chill, love being outdoors, gardening, working on cars, snuggling with our pets, reading, decorating, watching Law & Order SVU, working out, clean and tidy. Mom, the cats and one dog will be moving out no later than the end of February but will be close by.
