We have a room offered in the basement of our nice, quiet gaslight terrace house. Bathroom is shared with another tenet in the basement. The basement has a game room, it’s own dining area, fridge, sink, hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, etc. There is also a “movie room” which you can use. And that’s just the basement. You’ll join our other tenet: a quiet, respectful late 20’s female in the basement. Upstairs, lives a couple in late 20’s / early 30’s. All of us have full time jobs, pay our bills on time, and have respect for our living areas and each other.

If you’re looking for a reasonably-priced, good living situation where you can get good sleep in a safe, secure, clean, quiet environment, this is for you! Rent is only $500/month with $100/month flat rate for utilities/lawn care/high speed internet/etc. Total will be $600/month - a steal!
