The condo has two floors (one bed and bath per floor) so you can have your own space, a private back yard, in-unit washer dryer, etc. It’s located in the Malt House, a very safe, stylish, and clean building with a large courtyard. The location is one block from Trader Joe’s, a few blocks from nightlife on Grant, and walking distance from downtown and Fort Mason.

I’ve lived in the condo for more than a year now and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in SF! I grew up in LA, went to Stanford, and now work at a software startup in SoMa. I have a dog that lives with me named Moose, he’s a mini Bernedoodle, (hypoallergenic / no shedding) and he’s perfect.
