East Grand Avenue

My current roommate has decided to move out 4 months prior to the lease ending for financial reasons. I am looking for someone who isn’t looking to throw parties and is a working professional who likes to keep it mellow in the evenings. i have a small dog who is very friendly and leaves the apartment with me when i’m gone on trips. there is laundry on site. there is a full kitchen, and we would split the storage 50/50. the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. there is 2 parking spots available in our carport and there is also plenty of street parking. the master bedroom is unfurnished.

i work full time monday thru friday and most weekends i spend at my boyfriends house. i generally enjoy lounging around in the evenings after work and spending time with my small pup. my hobbies include traveling, snowboarding, surfing, beach days, climbing, exercise, etc. i generally keep to myself but also enjoy having some quality time with my roomie once we get a chance to know each other.
