The room is approx 12 by 12 with closest, two windows, new Carpet. The room is furnished with a Bed frame and Mattress Across the hall is your bathroom. Across from tht is the laundry room and next to bathroom is the laundry folding area / room. First month plus security ($375) $1125 . Its just me SO 1 roomie.

** If you need to pay rent after each bi weekly paycheck it would be $25 extra. $400 on the 1st and $375 on the 15th. Rent is late on the 6th and or 20th its $10 a day for being late.
