Seeking female roommate for 2br, 2 bathroom apartment in a Camp Hill apartment building.

I’m looking for a clean, friendly and respectful female roommate, non-smoker or outside smoker only. I have a small caged pet (chinchilla) , but he remains in his cage in my bedroom.
No dogs or cats allowed per the building policy.

The room available is the master bedroom with private bathroom in room. You also will have access to the rest of the apartment , balcony and storage unit in the basement. The apartment is located on the top (4th) floor , but there is an elevator to use which makes moving in pretty nice! The apartment has a view of the Carlisle Pike and there’s plenty of parking at the apartment. Washer and dryer is in the apartment as well .

Rent is $488 a month per person, plus utilities run approximately $125 / person. The room will be available for move in om June 1st. I am a 34 year old female. I am clean, friendly, quiet at first until I get comfortable, enjoy relaxing at home , and going away on the weekends to visit my boyfriend and family. I work full time as a pre-k teacher and also part time (as needed) as a newborn hearing screener at the hospital .
