About the room
There are 2 rooms available to rent with a shared bathroom. If only one bedroom is rented then you will have your own bathroom.
You will have your own bedroom. You can park in the driveway. Quiet subdivision on a large lot, Close to I-20, about 30 minutes from UWG & West Georgia Technical College. One hour from downtown Atlanta. Multiple grocery stores nearby. Will share kitchen and livingroom as well as the deck. May eventually have to share bathroom IF I rent out the other bedroom. Due to SEVERE allergies, NO smoking of any kind or cats.
About the roomies
I’m a 53 year old, single, black female. Never married, couldn’t have children, was a caregiver to my parents for 12 years. Sadly both have passed away. Dad to Parkinson’s and my mom to Dementia.
About Me: I am an introverted night owl, and I work full-time in Carroll county as a substitute teacher. Sometimes I drive for Uber Eats at night. Recently I received my Journeyman Farmer certificate, from the University of Georgia. I am an avid gardener and wannabe small, organic farmer. I enjoy walking and I sing in the shower.
Unfortunately, I am asthmatic and highly allergic, to smoke and cats. :(
