Dresser. Desk. Desk Chair. Bookshelf. TV. Fan. Lots of natural light. Simple and cozy. Shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with one other roommate. Bed not included****

House:

Border of Studio City and Burbank. 4 bedrooms. 2 roommates. Lots of storage in the garage. Washer and dryer. Private parking. Nice, fully equipped kitchen. Two adorable dogs that love attention. Close (walking distance) to NoHo red line, bars, shopping, and restaurants.

Roommates:

One Non Profit Administrator (40). One who works in film (20s). Both females. One pitbull (12). One poodle mix (10). Both are boys.

You:

WOC. Employed. Responsible. Clean. Liberal. Likes dogs. Not a big partier. Pays bills on time.

Money: Utilities are not included (DWP, SoCal Gas, Cable/Internet). No deposit needed. 1st month’s rent needed to move in.
