About the room

Great area near Wash Park. Awesome property, we have a roommate moving out near mid-May to join the airforce so move in date may require flexibility but will need someone by june 1. We are all pretty laid bad guys, would prefer someone near our age to be able to hang with all the cool we do. Yard, 2 bed 4bath. Room would be upstairs. Utilities including trash, electric, internet are maybe an extra $100/mo.

About the roomies

3 guys all in 30’s. 1 works from home full-time, I work from hope part-time, and 1 is gone half of time overnight for work. We are all physically active looking for someone who fits the bill. Apologies in advance no pets would be allowed here:/
