The apartment is in an amazing spot, the neighbors are extremely friendly and everything you need is within walking distance. There are many local grocery stores and the beach is about a 10 minute walk. The room is upstairs and has an attached private bathroom and is unfurnished. There is also a large closet in the room. You would have full access to the kitchen and dining room.

Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for a new roommate to take our second bedroom. I am 21 and go to school full time and also work most days I am not at school. We are very clean and like to keep our place nice and organized. We do have two dogs, one is a german shepherd and the other is a small terrier. They are great dogs and typically stay in the garage throughout the day, unless they are at the park or on a walk.
