Room available for a working professional or serious student, just a few minutes away from the beach and PCH bars/breweries/restaurants. Casual living environment with a focus on being clean in the common-space area; your room is your own mess. There are three bedrooms & you’ll be with two other late 20’s males. We also have a dog ( very friendly and well trained golden lab) which we share with an old roommate (we have him every other month). No Couples or additional pets. -Rent is $900. Down payment of $500. Month-to-Month -Utilities are split evenly. Electricity/gas is ~ $25-40 per person; High Speed Internet is $20 per person -Washer and drier on-site, free use. -Storage space available in garage. -Parking on-street, its never a problem. -No smoking or hard drugs. -Nice kitchen with appliances. -Already furnished in the shared living areas. -One full bathroom. -Large front/backyard with fruit trees. -Quiet house but no one cares if people are over. We are just looking for a chill person to pay rent and not create a fuss. Be clean, pay rent on time, let us know if friends are coming over. We’re pretty casual, we watch movies/tv or play video games during the weeknights, and surf/skateboard/hike/go-out on the weekends. Open to males/females so long as we all mesh well.
