This is a 3 bed 2 bath house. The room is close to 200sq ft with a large closet. We use a shared bathroom in the hallway as well as a fairly large kitchen, living room space, garage, and backyard. The surrounding area is pretty quiet, and safe. Our landlord likes to have tenants sign a year-year lease every February on the 10th, and the payment schedule will be on the 10th of every month. In this case it’ll likely be a lease till February. (Photos are with minor furnishings. It’d be cleared before move in)

I, Brian, currently live here with my sister Kaitlyn. We both work full-time, and generally keep to ourselves in the house. We tend to appreciate a quiet and clean space to come back home to. If I’m out of my room, I’m either cooking or hanging out with a friend of mine. My sister uses some of the common space to store items for a small online shop that she does. She also primarily furnished the house and welcomes any additions to it.
