Hello everyone! I’m looking to sublease my private room with an ensuite bathroom. The lease runs until mid-May, and the room will be available January 20th. Rent is $1,300 per month, but I’m open to negotiation. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Tivalli apartment complex, on Ash Way in Lynnwood. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and free street parking. The room is fully furnished, but if you prefer to bring your own furniture, I’m happy to remove everything currently in the room.
