A single family home 3/1. Your room is the Master. It has a private entrance into the Bathroom. The home is fully furnished. Bring your Bed linen and Towels. The kitchen is an open plan. The living room/dining room is also open plan. The home is old and simple. It is located in a nice neighborhood. There is off street parking. A storage shed is located on the property with some space if you need. Waynesville is approximately 35 minutes west of downtown Asheville and a Great place to live.

I am a 58 year old single woman. I do not wish to have young partiers rather professional minded adults who have a forward driven life. You must be ok with cats as I have 3 indoor/outdoor siblings that are now 7 years old. I will ask for help feeding them when I am gone. I am a former chef by trade and do enjoy cooking. I do not smoke or do drugs and refuse to live with anyone that does. This is for one person only. Thank you for your inquiry.
