About the room
My home is in a quiet neighborhood, in the Hoover/Birmingham, AL area. It is located about 9 minutes from Grandview Hospital and about 18 minutes from UAB Hospital & St. Vincent’s. We’re near several parks (including Oak Mountain State Park), the Summit, and UAB. I’m looking to rent to traveling medical professionals/nurses/students doing rotations or internships etc or individuals in need of a room on a short term basis. The room is furnished with a private, attached bathroom and includes an offstreet parking space. Rent would be $850/month, all utilities and WIFI included.
About the roomies
I (30F) am only renting to one person, and I’m the only other roomate. I’m quiet and spend free time reading, watching tv, baking, knitting/crocheting, and at nearby parks. I work at UAB as a scientist in a Neurology lab and have a small (24 lb) dog, who is very sweet and generally well behaved. She mostly spends her time with me when I’m home and tends to stick to my room when I’m gone.
