1. The occupant will share a bathroom and toilet with another responsible roommate and would have access to the kitchen and other common areas + amenities
2. Rent is $850/month with ALL UTILITIES
3. The lease is a month-to-month
4. Street parking within the house vicinity
5. Be ready to pay a $40 for a background check. $20 will be refunded after moving in
6. This is a non-smoking (cigarette + vaping) and no pet home
7. No couples
8. Deposit: $500 (refundable)
9. The room is unfurnished and available for immediate move-in

The master bedroom is occupied by a single cool-headed and respectful male in his early 30s, that works for a tech company on an 8 am to 6 pm-ish (Mon - Fri) schedule. The other room is occupied by a tech intern in his early 20s.
