El's room

Its basically a studio apt. The room is opposite the kitchen similar to a studio where you have the kitchen and room in the same place. You will have a private room, the door can be locked from both sides, your own personal stove, personal two sided sink to wash, several drawers and cupboards for clothes and personal items, personal bed, personal couch, personal tv and dvd player. Internet, parking, water, electric is included. I have a small cat and am a female, so only receiving female applicants. The area is friendly and safe with the Americana and the Galleria in walking distance. We will share a bathroom.

Its just me and my cat. I love the property and have been here many years. Im clean and quiet.
